Use a Keygroup program comprised of 128 kegroups, 1 key per Keygroup. Then you can apply an effect across an entire program and save it.

The downside to this is that you lose the ability to apply FX to individual sounds as well.

Your other option is to route the audio out into another DAW and make group tracks or busses in your alternate DAW.

There are also 4 send FX slots that you can use for delay and reverb.

I keep saying this but I wish they would just put a few fx insert slots on the submixes and give us 8 more of them (so we would essentially have 16 buss channels).

Also having the ability to route the outputs of the track mixer to these submixes would help too.
