How Do I Track My Beats On To My Computer?

Peace everyone! I was just wondering how I go about tracking my beats ( like each section at a time ) on my computer, what kind of wires do I need to connect to my computer? PS: I have an XL, and a few programs on my computer like: Reason, FL Studio & Adobe Audition, can I track with any of these programs? Thanks in advance!

Do you have 2kxl 8out installed, no......

2kxl main outs, 2x rca 1/4 mono jacks -> mixer/audio interface
1/4 audio input.

Mixer/audio interface breaks out into Adobe Audition 2x tracks, left+right.

Do you have 2kxl 8out installed, yes......

2kxl main outs, 2x 1/4 mono jacks, 8x outs 1/4 mono -> mixer/audio interface
8x 1/4 audio input.

Mixer/audio interface breaks out into Adobe Audition 8x tracks, trk1-trk8.
You can also use 2kxl main outs as 2 extra outputs, hard pan mono samples left or right. Total 10 outputs into mixer/audio interface.

Stereo samples will ONLY give the option to output 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8.
Mono samples will give you the option to output 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

imo **** fruity loops, only the cereal is good.
