Here's a clever way to rearrange tracks via the Ren/Studio hardware and software.

From the Mpc software via mouse
Option1:
1. In the Main screen, where it says "Track", click on the drop down arrow (it will reveal currently created Sequences).
2. Now click and hold on your selection and move/drag to desired position.
Option 2:
1. Click and hold a track over the on screen pad graphics in the 'next sequence' screen.
2. Move/rearrange tracks to your hearts desire.
Option 3:
In the track mix screen, simply drag tracks to rearrange them.
Rearrange tracks from hardware
Option 1:
1. While in track mute screen or next seq screen, press and hold pad (the pad corresponding to the desired track to be moved ) + the cursor pad.
2. Track to be moved would become inverted.
3. Now use the cursor pad to move track to desired position.
(We can maybe even allow multi track movements by pressing and holding multiple pads at once.)
Option 2:
1. Press shift + cursor pad while in the track mute screen or next seq screen.
2. On the Ren/studio, use the cursor pad (on the Ren/Studio hardware) to highlight a track(track selection(color) would become inverted)
3. Hold shift + cursor pad to move/rearrange tracks to desired position

1. On main screen, cursor to track name and press open window.
2. There would be an F key labeled "Move". Press it.
3. A dialog box would pop up and ask where to move the track to. You will have the field to select what track to move (defaulted to the track that was selected upon entering the menu), and a field to select where to put the track. Make selections and press do it!
*Note: Moving a track will move all USED tracks after it one space up, unless placed directly on or before an unused track. So for example, track 4 and track 8 are unused, tracks 5, 6 , 7 are used. If I move track 7 to track 4, tracks 5 and 6 stay where they are. If I move track 7 to track 5, then track 5 becomes track 6 and track 6 becomes track 7, but track 8 stays the same.
