adat clicking noise

its happening again the digital distortion between the 4000 and the digi 001 adat. it happened before i fixed it , i dont know why its shady. some one give me some help. its like it will click every 8 seconds on some irking my ears.

You MUST make sure that the 001 and MPC are both set to the same clock rate (44.1k or 48k). The 001 is the master clock source. Go to the 'global' page on the mpc and hit f3 'config' and make sure the digital out sync is set to adat in (or spdif in if you have it conected). In Pro Tools, go to the hardware setup page and make sure sync is set to 'internal'. Its that simple.
