project backup to google drive

google drive is "increasing" to 15 gb sometime in the next week
perfect opportunity to back up your most precious project files in a very secure way.

i just backed up a half finished album - no more worries about localized catastrophe.

Whoa that's good amount of free space. But on the other hand I really hate the desktop and ios apps... dropbox is so much better in that respect.

I've had no problems with the desktop app. Seems pretty equivalent to dropbox. just a dedicated folder on my computer that I can use as I would any other folder, that's all I need.


but yeah, 15gb is kinda ridiculous.

so the normal 5gb is what is going up to 15gigs?

if so.. that is really nice.

use dropspace on android, much better than the dropbox phone application

the google drive PC program is just like dropbox

15 gb is no joke at all
you can use cmd to change the default gdrive folder to whatever folder you want, so you don't have to save all your shit in a folder called "google drive"

The 15GB is the total COMBINED free storage available across all your Google services (Google Drive, GMail etc) just so you know. I dont use any other services so yes, 15GB of Google Drive. Yay!

Bye bye dropbox with your measly 3GB...
