1. If you find a particular bug, you can report it in these forums as several beta testers and developers frequent this site daily.

2. You can report issues to Akai Technical Support (http://community.akaipro.com/akai_professional). You may be able to send them your crash log.

Yea Abelton does have a crash report system. And I have used it, but never did they respond to me. Probably because it was when I had the Ren inside of Abelton. As a plugin and it happens when saving on the Ren. In fact when I try to load a project I had on the Ren in Abelton guarantee to crash every time. I am getting really bummed out about it. I mean you can use the Ren to sample and chop. But if you load to many VSTs it will crash every time. I have loaded twice as many VSTs in Abelton no issues. Oh well I got a push on order. Until Akai makes it happen.

If you are using too many VSTs, it is likely you will have issues as the Ren is a 32 bit app...4 GB limit. But once 64 bit 1.4 is released....say hello to increased stability, full access to your computer's RAM, and several other treats!

In due time the Ren will be a game changer. I believe and I will not loose hope. It has all the intentions of what I dreamed of when banging out tracks, over a 15 years ago on a 2000xl. Back then because of the time it took to produce I had to lay it down. And focus on my career. Now technology has improved in the past 5 years. And you can put Ideas down in such a smooth flow. You can literately put together a song in under an hour. But at this point I get it all flowing and want to add more and more then boooom communication has stopped. Lol . It is frustrating but I know ur rite Jah and I have faith.

I can't wait for the 1.4 discussions! The only thing naysayers will be able to say is "well, this is actually the real 1.1 or 1.2." You heard it from me first. :P

 you should stop losing sleep over what naysayers are saying

Without being a naysayer i say that if ren was released with 1.3 it would be a much better choice and would not give food to people to talk sh*t about it.i prefer to wait and buy a hardware much better than previous ones than to spend money and see my machine collecting dust before i am able to fully work with it.i can't wait for 1.4 and if it is as they describe it gonna defenatly buy a ren (finally).

:Sigh: I find it hilarious to read folks worrying/obsessed about what 'we' choose to use. Obviously they are not happy with their current drum maschine/sampler....while Ren/Studio users have so many exciting things to look forward to....I am already looking beyond 1.4.

All the features are really there. You just haven't made enough beats to unlock them.
