is their a way to get more sampling time on the roland s10 sampling keyboard?

beside lowering the samplerate and speeding up the sample before sampling, no
You do know that the sampler can only sample 4 samples (or 1 long sample)?

It depends what do you want to do.
If you want to playback samples from s-10 so as peterpiper said you can speed up sample before sampling.
BUT if you want just that sound you can easily just play your samples through s-10 without sampling and you will have the same sound because monitor output do not bypass the converters(I belive lampdog said that). I did many tests and it is true.
