Drums never ever hurt to have, I have a ton of the breaks on actual pressings, but it never hurts to have a back-up.[/quote]
no doubt man
i pretty much only use all the breaks vinyl volume 1 and 2 for drums
and whatever i find thru random records
but most of the time its the all the breaks
anyway, i'm interested in the sp12 turbo myself
can you discuss it a little further since i've never used one?
is it really hard to work with?
complicated in adjusting filters?
sequencing?
sampling at 45?
i use an asr-10 now with my mpc but for the next album i'm gonna change up the sound to sp12 midi'd up to the mpc
