All of your setups are sick as hell. Strangely what I'm most jealous of is the J Dilla poster in the last image though. I've always wanted that recording studio photography book.

I don't know how many of you guys have heard about Equator monitors, but Steele, has them, and they sound really good, crisp, with better than decent bass for their size. I was impressed.

That means a lot cause Lamp is hard to impress.

I also might add that Equator has the best customer service I've ever encountered in almost 20 years of buying gear.

We were in there fckin' around w/ a 808 kick and heard a weird sound. I thought it was the monitor so I emailed them and with no questions asked they sent me a new one within 5 days with a return postage paid sticker for the bad one.

Fcked up part is that it turns out it wasn't the speaker, I had it on a stack of DVD's and one of them was rattling in the case .

Thanks. I got that poster from a friend who's got connects at Stone's Throw, had to frame it. I had a friend over who had done shows w/ Common and told me the back story of that pic. He said that pic was taken while Dilla was staying at one of Common's L.A. houses while he was getting treatment when he was sick.

that is unheard of these days... props to them. You rarely hear stories like that with companies...

this unicorn of a lab have a name? Thats friggin beautiful man. Do you live in one of the more humid parts of texas? Cause here in NM, nothing stays that white, no matter how much you clean it.
