i have an idea to put SSD hard drive(couse it more powerfully and faster then hdd ) instead of cd/dvd-drive at the MPC2500. is it real? or jjos won't see it 
I think even if you found an SSD that would work you would be better off trying the IDE to CF mods people here do. In those ones people people mount a 32GB or 64GB in the slot where the IDE magnetic platter drive is normally installed.
Can't really see reason to want to put it where the DVD would be or is now. There wouldn't be much use to have 2 HD's in a 2500, so you may as well just use the regular HD mounting area.
