q link 1 slider maxes out at 12?

Hi, I've got a used 2500 and just started messing around with the q-link sliders. If I map slider 1 to the track's level, the slider has a max value of 12. q-link 2 will max at 100, so I can use that for level. Why might q-link 1 act this way? Is there a way to recalibrate it, or might it just be broken? I'm using jjos-xl 3.28. Thanks

I'm actually having a similar problem except its my q-link 2 that's not working properly and my qlink 1 works fine. I read online that replacing the pcb boards for the qlink sliders will fix the problem. The pcb boards for the qlinks cost like $40 on mpc-stuff.

Same here... my q-link 1's max value is +120 and the min value +87. Any tips besides changing the pcb board?
