Got a small issue, I'm hoping someone can help, in particular Jah as I know you've also got Machfive3.
On the Machfive interface, each patch (preset or whatever) has it's own standard volume & pan levels as seen on the far left of the M5 window with those sleek blue bars. I've noticed that no matter what I set these to (for example reduce the volume and pan on a synth preset) the MPC always resets the settings to the default levels on a new playback (stopped then started).
I noticed that the MPC Ren virtual instrument mixer plays a role here. It acts as the master pan & volume for Machfive's tracks (not the master main out). If I move the settings for vol & pan in the MPC mixer, the vol & pan changes are reflected in the Machfive plug-in. Surely making settings to either should sync both ways and not just one way? If I move the volume/pan in machfive, the MPC mixer should update.
As it stands, I can't make Pan & Vol changes from Machfive and have to make these basic settings in the MPC mixer *only*.
I'm not sure if it's a Machfive issue or for other VSTi's in general when used in the Ren...
Has anyone else noticed this behavior with their VSTi's (mainly multi-timbral ones like Omnisphere and Kontakt)?
