8 outs question

can u map each track to an out for recording or can u only map one pad to an out?most of my tracks use multiple pads and different drum kits so itll be a BIG problem if i could only use one pad per out(like the 60) but if i could map each track to an out it would be much easier...

Both options are possible.

If you're playing internal drum sounds, your track is sending the MIDI data to a drum program in the mpc. That program defines what output is used for each beat. (Go to Program mode and hit KG MIX to see that.).

In most cases the output defined for each beat is MULTI, meaning that the output setting of the current MULTI is used for that beat. If all beats have MULTI defined for its output (the normal case), than you can indeed redirect a whole track to another output by changing the output in Multi mode. (Go to Multi mode and hit MIX to see that. You can also use the Part Mixer to do that.)

However, if a beat in the program has an explicit output defined (that is, something else than MULTI), that single beat will be sent to the given output. (You can control that again in Program Mode, in the KG MIX page, or use the Pad Mixer.)
