OS3 under development

Hi guys

I just installed OS3 on my MPC2500SE and I'm getting distortion on the audio outs. Everything sounds distorted, not just specific areas. Back to OS2XL and everything is fine. I've tried installing it about 3 times now, same result every time.

Has anybody else had this problem?

yep i agree with typo, its most likely to be this setting animated

An SE is functionally the same as any maxed 2500 so I'll let you know if I encounter the same issue when I install.

Thanks typo, I don't know why I can't see your earlier message.

Sadly, that setting was the first thing I tried. The distortion is more severe than gain overload.

Did you hold down erase until a main screen is displayed?

Just started messing wihitn os3 and i like it a lot...men finally ahdsr!!!

Also the new ndc in program mode seems interesting, specially the fact hat you can quickly rechop stuff.

Im just misssing the waveform display from os2xl in trim mode when adjusting "non-destructively" the slices...is there a way to visualize the waveform when you adjust start-end point of a sample in program mode?

Also i cant find were to set the numeric keys for window shortcuts

Wow chord bank is kinda crazy then! I will miss saving my own though but it's good to see it expanded. It would be good to have that feature added back in so as to edit and make it the most flexible midi/sampler.
And I do not see what mtc was talking about before about overlapping the slices. I should have looked first but mtc is usually right! But I guess this is more a NDC thing

NDC Is so good so want it.

And yes we already noted that there is no window shortcut and have been hitting it out of habit. That would be good to reinstate yes. Also already posted as a bug/request by other user for xl screen

WTF right now im having the same problem!!!!

Just worked right for about 2 hours, switched off the unit, switched back on and now im having like a digital distortion on EVERYTHING!!!

from new project, to old load up, to samples sampled from main in to samples in the hd...there is always this fcking distortion.

But i have to admit on a couple kicks was awesome

Yo found the trick, you all gotta offer me 1 liter beer...

when the distortion come just go to record mode and switch from analog to digital and back to analog input.

now the noise is gone from your haunted mpc...
