vst instruments

I love automation either, but sometimes it sounds more natural to just tweak the knobs while sampling until it sounds perfect

A valid method for sure Just wish we could tweek the sampler while sampling :/

The question was answered and solutions/workarounds were provided by at least 3 people in the beginning of the thread. Bringing all this up just seeded more conversations on what else could be done with some of the solutions that were thought up regarding the original question.
But just so that we are clear....

No you can't use more than one instrument plugin on a track in the MPC software.

Possible workarounds are to use a plugin that is capable of loading vsti's and being loaded as a vsti itself.

Such as Metaplugin / Energy XT (PC only) / Xlutop Chainer (PC only)

All of these allow you to load multiple VSTi's and also be loaded into an instrument slot in the MPC software allowing you to trigger multiple VSTi's from one track.
