Problem with the screen resolution

Hello everybody, I was working with my Mpc 1000 and the screen have changed colour , now it very similar to the blue and I can't use it because it's impossible to read in. I have the JJOS 3.16; I've also tried to hold the shift button and move the wheel but without result.

i can only guess you changed the contrast setting.

Thanks! I've changed the setting using the stop + wheel, I had no idea of this. The colour was blue because I work with a lamp near the Mpc so it looks like blue but really it was dark.
