Legacy file transfer non existent in Ren

The first damn thing i wanted to do was transfer a treasure trove of projects via the 5000 to the the ren ....it was no can do bruh.

This mother **** basically told me they don't have 5000 support.

I got shit from MPC 60 they claimed to support with Ren via the ad hype and they don't support the 5000?

Please convince me not to throw this damn thing out the window

What does 'no can do bruh' mean exactly? What problems are you having when trying to load a 5000 project, what is going wrong?

The only thing that crosses over are the WAV files, the song and sequence shit you spent countless hours on apparently does not cross over....

Humbrah, you may have to export seq's one by one with the 5000 and then import them to Ren...I think that's how it was with 2000/2500.

At least when importing 2000 XL and 2500 songs, you have to import the song by doing it sequence by sequence: choose an empty seq in Ren, import a seq, move on to another seq in Ren, import another, and so on.

Also the programs have to be assigned to the tracks as when importing the whole song in one go, the programs arent assigned to tracks...but the midi data is there.
