Software wont load on 2nd Device

I been using the ren with my laptop now Im trying to load it on my iMac and it wont work. I looked up some issues with the software not unlocking but mine wont even get that far.

The "unexpected error do you want to relaunch?" message pops up when I click to install.

Anyone have this problem?

Are you installing it on an iMac with a supported operating system?

I'm having this problem too. I don't know if it's because I need to install the latest software from the website, but I can't even install the software from the disc so I couldn't tell you what version it is. I have a MBP with 2Ghz intel core i7 processor, 8gb ram, running on OS 10.7. Driver installed fine, but I can't install the software without that error popping up. Tried to uninstall the driver, reinstall then install the software, but no luck! I'm the 1st user so it can't be a registration issue (can't even get that far!)

Just saying this from an OS X standpoint as a shot in the dark, but have you disabled Gatekeeper? Strange things on installs can happen if it's left on sometimes.
