Machfive v3 is the missing link to the REN

I just solved an earlier problem saving programs that had tempo synced chops with Ircam stretch on each 16 pads but we good now.

This technology put the REN in a class by itself. Anyone else using the chopping in Motu Machfive V3?

Can we get it built in?

That thing looks impressive, not sure Izotope would be too happy about it though, as they currently handle all the time stretching and chopping duties in the MPC Software.

TBH at the bare minimum Akai need to get Izotope sort out the threshold chopping algorithm - it seems incapable of actually calculating the end points correctly in most of the breaks I'm chopping (nasty clicks at the end of at least 50% of the slice regions).
