MIDI-USB Is it works?

Hey,
last time i tried to hook up my MPC 1K with Fl Studio. I did all points in Akai instruction but it doesn't work. Is it possible to sync box up via MIDI-USB interface with FL ? If yes please tell me how can i do this.

Not that it should really make a difference but what OS are running on the 1000? Just so I can make all things as equal as possible (I'm going to use a USD-MIDI to test rather than my interface's MIDI I/O)

I've got free/basic jj os. My another question is: which section in mpc is intended to controll daw (after setup midi options), MAIN?

You just toggle MIDI out for a PGM or do that on a PGM that's only for MIDI out on the Main screen on JJOS2XL. I gotta look where the toggle is on Free. I'll get back to you.

I never really sync with FL, so I want to actually run through it before I offer any suggestions. Although i know in the past I've tried it out and it worked.
