Does anyone have lines running up and across there screen like mine does its very annoying and its brand new...It tokk my 2000xl many years to go out wtf!

Nah thats just how you adjust the contrast on the screen. You'll see lines if you don't have the contrast right

Worth mentioning: spin that wheel like crazy. At first I thought contrast wasn't working, but in fact it takes many turns to notice a difference.
