Is there a synopsis of this thread, or is it all about sales?
Might need to be moved elsewhere.
Might need to be moved elsewhere.

You can move elsewhere if required. I always ask other people to post their findings. Hopefully what they post helps others get their own questions answered.
I am just trying to give others a good deal because I learned so much to improve my MPC experiences through this forum and figured there is a demand.

After the lack of success, I put the card and reader in an old PC with a 2940U SCSI card to validate it. The card was hanging until I put the latest Adaptec firmware on it (2.20), at which point it saw the reader and I put firmware 3.89 on the adapter.
The caveats are:
- The MPC will only see up to 780MB of the card, and it divides it up into 30MB volumes
- I seemed to need to pick the exact SCSI ID; auto didn't work me.

@SEED78 I have 5 cards ready to go if you want to send 5 back.

SEED78 wrote:can we stop talking in riddles please. whats comfortable got to do with me having 10 paid for and 5 free Acards where not a single one works because you didn't test them before they were sent out?
If I post them all back to you can I have a full refund that includes my returned postage, and also includes the customs fee I paid when they arrived in the UK?
they are useless to me, I just don't want the cost of return postage AND the cost of paying customs fees for 10 replacements. all that on top of the £200 I've given my tech to try to fix the broken 15 because I didn't want to 'hassle' you, and because I just wanted to find a solution that didn't involve laying blame.

I also received an email from the person you were dealing with stating that they bought something other than acards from you which is fine I am happy you are also doing something to help out the MPC community. I recommended that he purchase the acards from you anyway since they were in Europe and already dealing with you.
