FREE JJOS --> Audio Tracks?? (someone help!!)

hey forum,
i've searched everywhere in the topics for a resolution.... hopefully someone can help me.

i'm running free jjos on the 1k. what i'm trying to accomplish is direct recording of my guitar/ukulele. i have my input thru on in the mixer tab... i have it set to L on the input for my mono mic. so the input is coming through on the mic....

the problem: when i record a sequence with the mic, the playback is mono.... i cant think of a way to have it record properly unless i record it twice on L and R.

Any ideas?

The record input settings for the audio tracks are separate from input thru.

I haven't used the free OS in a while, so I dunno exactly how they are accessed, but try hitting Window somewhere on the audio track main screen.

It should maybe bring up input source settings for the track.

Otherwise, try changing the setting in the RECORD window, not the input thru pane.

One of those options should work. I dunno off the top of my head.

I turned on the MP and checked the WINDOW on the track and behold there are options for recording input and it was on stereo. So I switched it to mono L and it works. Thanks a million.
