32 and 64 bit apps always require two separate shortcuts and two separate installs unlike OS X where one install can be toggled using "Get Info" and the tick box to select operation mode.
Not sure if the Ren installer has you choose 32 or 64 bit during the install process. But the way Windows operates it would have to be two separate installs and two unique shortcuts. Ableton for example is two different .exe installers, Reason requires you to manually retitle the 64 bit installer to Reason (32) in order to have both operation modes installed.
I'm sure someone can help you determine how the way needing two installs side by side would work with the Ren .exe installer.

Then it's simple. Just retitled the second shortcut. They will reference two separate program folders in the Windows file structure if installed to the default 32 and 64 bit program folders respectively so Windows will let them co-exist without one overwriting the other.
But they'll look the same and have the same title so a re-title would be better than having to right click and check the file path to know or have to remember left one is 32 right one is 64 on the toolbar if you put the shortcuts there. Although, I would do both, 32 on the left, higher number on the right and re-title the right one MPC (64).
Then even if you're half asleep you still probably launch the right one.
