I went digging yesterday for the first time at a local antique shop. I snatched a few records out of the dollar crate at the front of the store. All I can say is whoa, what an experience. I didnt know what I was looking for so I just grabbed records that had the coolest covers, lol. The owner of the shop was cool, and he took me to the back where the real collection was. Damn, I was overwhelmed at the sheer number of records this spot had. A couple thousand at least. I normally E digg but I kinda hit a wall with that and I figured I would go grab some real vinyl. Anyways here are the records that I picked up. Cant wait to get home, smoke one and enjoy some tunes.

I've got my fingers dirty a few times so far but my city doesn't have any half-decent thrift shops. Most everywhere I've been the records have been few in numbers AND f*cked up some how or there is just a ton of new stuff (over priced Mars Volta records, etc).

Consider yourself lucky you've found a spot. I'm still lookin' fer mines.
