There are no official specs that I could find yet, but I would assume it's the ES hardware minus the keys. I've been waiting for that for a while still. I would like to see what it sells for; if the price is good, I'll cop one or if the MOTIF RACK price drops drastically, I'll cop that instead. It'll probably be released officially at Winter NAMM.
