Compact Flash Question

Hello,

If I remember correctly the AKAI OS supports only Compact Flash cards up to 2 or 4gb.

Does the JJ OS support more than that? Im planning on purchasing a bigger CF card (even up to 64GB), but was wondering about the compability. What about the Read/Write speeds?

i use an 8gb one.. and it isn't even really a compact flash card, it's an ST1 drive [which is really the same thing]... so yeah... you can use larger than 4gb. my friend uses a 5gb one. there is an entire thread where people post compatible flash cards here as well.

i use a 32 gb card. works fine!
if i had a choice i would buy 2 cards - one for sample,etc and one for the songs.
just my 2 cents...

or just install a hard drive.
