MPC Studio: How do I access the FX screen without using mous

So on the 4 available inserts for FX for my samples, is there a way to 'turn on' the FX by using the MPC Studio & not having to switch over to the mouse?

Currently, I have inserted Flanger to Insert 1 for one of my pads. The only way I find myself accessing the modulation knobs of this Flanger FX is by using the mouse to manually "turn on" the FX on the far right box of the MPC DAW. Then the MPC Studio screen would switch over to the EFX modulation and adjustments - which I can then start using my Q-knobs to adjust the stuff.

Is there a way to access the FX controls without having to click the mouse?

I dont have it in front of me right now but it should be on the controller shift + effects

In the Prog Edit > Effects screen (F6), cursor down to the Insert 1 line to highlight the current effect name, and hit WINDOW.

Also from either pad mix or track mix via the Insert (F5) button. Then use cursor to select pad or track and data wheel to select plugin.
