i am having trouble with my microkorg midi to my mpc2000xl. what i am trying to do is use my microkorg to play into mpc in real time while the beat i am working on my mpc is going. (using mpc as drum machine/seq and sampler) so i got drum tracks for drums then i switch to midi for korg and i am able to play korg in real time while working on beat. problem is that it is not recording what i am playing into mpc if that makes any sense... if anyone can help me it would be much apreciated. i been trying to get this to work for sometime now . i would like to be able to play melodies from keyboard in realtime instead of the usual way i do it. running korg thru sampler and assigning to pads...
