When you've recorded a pattern with swing enabled, is it possible to change it afterwards just by altering the swing?

On Logic, if you change the quantize of a midi event the timing will change... is this how it works on Akai?

I can't seem to get it to work like Logic but I might be doing something wrong.

Been trawling for some tutorials about the finer points of MPC swing but can't seem to find anything.

... also can I get different swing on different tracks of the same pattern?

... and lastly can I nudge forward/back just the snare on a pattern?

You can change any recorded pattern on any individual track in MAIN > TC (F1). Just set your new 'Time Div' and swing settings and hit Do it.

I use this in my Sampling Laid Bare book (the chopping chapter, where I change the groove of an exported chopped break)
