I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to take one drum beat on a single track, and separate it out by pad, to multiple tracks. Basically, explode one midi track into multiple midi tracks. I've searched the forum, but haven't found any info on this. Thanks guys!!

You can't do it automatically.
What you can do do is copy the track as many times as you have drums and then manually delete the different drums on each track until you have just one drum sound for each track.

I'm certain it's been requested. It would definitely be helpful. I tend to play 3, sometimes four elements at a time to get a groove. Of course I want those elements tracked separatly for mixing.

I know that Logic has this function. Not sure if you have or use Logic but it works great and you could then reimport the individual MIDI files back into the REN, I think.
