Midi keyboard connected to MPC

I currently own an Akai MPK49 midi keyboard and it is connected to my computer and I use it with FL Studio. How can I connect the keyboard to the MPC and still be able to trigger my sounds from FL Studio to record into the MPC? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
