last week my mpc60 freezed up a few times, at first i thought it was something
with bad conectors / or something not really wel connected..everything looked ok inside the sampler.

but the last few days the problem was gone.. now i'm thinkin' maybe it was because of the warm weather, and i don't have the problem anymore it's a bit colder now. more people havin' this same issue ? i also created some more space at the back of the sampler so the warm air can escape more now...so far ..so good.

grtz.

i'm thinkin' if people live in areas with nice warm weather, do you have this problem also sometimes ?

Malfunctions due to thermal conditions are often traced to drying out electrolytics.

If the electrolytic capacitors in your MPC haven't been replaced they are probably due for replacement or at least checked out to make sure they are still close to spec.
