The ren and Logic Pro (tracking out)

Yo
Basically I'm posting this to see how you guys (with Logic Pro) are incorporating the mpc ren into logic.
How do you go about getting separate audio tracks into logic? Do you just bounce all the tracks from the ren and then drag them into logic? I managed to get all my tracks of one song I did into all the auxiliarys inside logic but am now not sure how to record the actual audio into logic? Do I need to create separate audio tracks inside logic for each aux and then route the audio to them?
Or is this not possible?
Cause the way I like to record a beat, I like doing live pad mutes whilst recording my tracks separately.

What I basically do is export my beat when im done making it in standalone in the ren.
Export auidio mix down to seperate tracks then I open up logic set my tempo to the same tempo as the beat inside of the ren then just drag the folder with the exported tracks onto logics arrange page.

yeah thats what ive been doing so far, just seeing if theres a way to record the tracks live into logic, then the vintage mode would be applied to the seperate tracks

Logic wont allow busses to be routed back as an input source that I have ever found.
What I did was solo each bus one at a time and then export that track and set it to add that file to the audio bin, then just drag them all in from the bin,

Yeah, that works! Just to clarify the signal path is the following:
MPC plugin aux tracks --> aux busses --> audio tracks.

You can do that with a sequence or in song mode. But what i noticed is that vintage mode only gets applied to output 1,2 in the mpc... Damn...

Yeah your right man I knew it could be done, for anyone who wants to track into logic, live with the mpc ren this is for you ...

you gotta set the outputs in mpc plug in track mixer accordingly and then inside logic, create matching aux channels, then you bus the aux tracks to audio tracks, then arm the tracks to record inside logic!
you may want to turn your audio tracks down at this time a bit to as when you playback the mpc your going to hear both the mpc tracks and logic's audio tracks at the same time, but its all good once you have recorded!

That seems to work fine when using the MPC (personal wav. files). But how can this be done when using the 809 expansion set. It seems that those particular kits aren't easy to route out... maybe i'm doing something wrong. Can anyone help?

Does anybody know how to track out sounds from a midi keyboard into logic if the track was started in the ren the midi notes were sent out the ren to my roland fantom g6. I seen somewhere on the forum that midi can be sent between ren standalone and logic using OSX's IAC driver but I'm not having any luck with that.

bigced74, on noterepeat.com they have a tutorial on how to setup the MPC and logic via IAC drivers. I've set it up but found that Logic seems to lag a bit when slaved to the MPC. I'm using the MPC Studio. Let me know if you find a workaround.
