Anyone use the Q-Link Trigger Button? ..in what way?

I barely ever use this button, to anyone that uses this button can you tell me some things you found it useful for. I know what it does but just cant find a good use for it., or apply it to my beats.

Definitely the least used button for me on the whole control surface, just trying to get ideas on how it can be used in different ways and what not
