my neele runs ova a grove and it makes a sound a guitarist strums his string and it plays , say the cord E its not as if no ones used that b4 and they dont pay royaltys to Fender, even trying to get us to pay 4 a snare sheit. sampling musics been around since the renisonce popular composers would peice popular songs and make they own version of them. and 'samplers' these daYS dont even use popular music they use random rare stuff that no one listens to,

and if you pay royalties souldnt it be a percentage of what you make from it instead of not being able to release it because who eva you sampled it of want so much cash you can aford to 4 pay it

its all about companys trying to make cash and bitter musician who dont undestand hip hop thinking its easy to do and we got no tallent, while hardcore diggers listen and know more about diffrent kinds of music than most sukas

oo just had to get that of my buff chest

what do rekon?

I'm trippin off of your spelling so much that it hurts to read/answer your question. I'm not going to lie though, some of it actually lost me.

Really though, some people always want more than they are allowed to have, wish they had more, want to force something to have more that isn't supposed to be (sample time - sampling). There will always be "wingers". read - whiners.

what is worse, is people who think that sampling is like cheating or unrespectable.

They are like "you just copied him" whereas if they really understood it, they would have a very oposite opinion.

The general public dont even realize half of what is actually sampled, or how it actually works, or even that sometimes its harder than composing keyboard beats (not discrediting keyboard beats)

people like p. diddy, didnt ruin it for us, but sort of gave people the impression that all it is, is stealing........when its not.

People dont understand the roots of break beats and sampling, etc.

People dont realize that samplers probably appreciate all types of music more than any other type of musician....that hiphop producers listen to all types of music and probably have a better understanding of funk, soul, classical, folk, country, pop, 80s, swing, jazz, etc. Because we listen to it all, appreciate it all, and learn from the greats.

People think that hiphop is just about money, and ganstas, etc. To me, its the melting pot of music. It incorporates and does not discriminate against any form of music, or people. Its the shit.

We dont steal music, we use it as inspiration, shape it, mold it, and make it bang, make it ours.

peace
