How often,what were you doing & whats your remedy when Ren..

I just moved to a new apartment. I am tripping over boxes as I type this. I should have have my Ren set-up today and will look into this. Please give me an easy to follow step-by-step repro of your issue so I can attempt to do the same here.

If you can post a video of your issue, that would be extremely helpful.

Stuff still in boxes but at least my Ren is unpacked. I have to get smaller speakers as I now live in a Japanese-style apartment with thin walls; can't disturb my Japanese neighbors as I am the only American in the entire complex.

I am waiting for your video or step by step repro. I would certainly like to get any bug you have looked at ASAP in hopes in can make the next update. Note there has been a software update every quarter since the Ren's release. Akai is setting a new bar with frequent updates.
