MPC Renaissance quality control issues

Hey guys, I have already exchanged my REN two times.

The first one had a big scratch on the JOG Knob.

The second one had a big dust particle under the LCD display and my current REN already came with some scratches on the Q-Link knobs.

it sucks because the REN is really nice

Are these definitely new, or are they perhaps refurbished B stock? Where did you buy them?

Yeah don't buy from those crooks.

Where you from? There are other merchants that honestly sell brand new items.

It´s a serious trader over here in Germany. They have sent me now a new knob.

Just wanted to let you guys know: Don´t clean your Ren between the pads with a microfibre cloth or something. The dark grey color of the faceplate is getting smudged. I think it´s because of the glue around the pads.
