hard drive question

i have a question since my cf card reader is broken
if i install a hard drive into my mpc would i be able to transfer samples to my mpc harddrive with usb? like with the cf card

Yes - you just select hard drive when you go into USB mount mode, it'll appear as an option.

Download the Akai MPC manual and have a link to the JJOS manuals on your browser. It'll help you out a fair old bit.

You'll need to probably get the mounting kit though. Standard on a 2500 but the mounting bracket wasn't stock on the 1000.

i know which parts i need and how to install it i just had to make sure i could load my samples on to it without cf card because my cf card reader is broken and i can't get one for a fair price in denmark
