I have everything up to date, using the Renaissance on Mac OS X 10.8.4.

peace :smoker:

Everything up to date is not an answer.

1. MPC Ren or Studio? Ren
2. MPC Software version?
3. Hardware Info: Firmware Version, Driver Version?
4. PC or Mac; operating system? Mac OSX 10.8.4

3 pieces of information that hasn't been provided. Asking for help and then refusing to answer the most basic questions? So basically, you want forum members to provide technical assistance and force them to jump through hoops to help you troubleshoot your problem? :WTF:

How to turn them back on was described within the first few responses in this thread. :WTF:

Note that I have been using the Ren as long or longer than anyone that is answer calls at Akai technical support. When you save up enough and acquire one of these new models, I will assist you just the same.....regardless of your trolling ways.

moyphee wrote:If it's not procedural the only answer you'll ultimately get is to take it back or call Akai. Everyday you spend jumping through hoops on this forum works against you. Contact Akai and start the process of getting the problem resolved on that end . You can always communicate here in the meantime and abort the process with Akai if you get the problem resolved. However, don't caught up dicking around in this forum with someone that wants to make you jump through hoops for their own amusement.

Don't try to take my quote out of context Jahbronie. :smoker:
