pre-Chopping Drums with Recycle

I have a bunch of breaks Ive collected from various records and when I load them into recycle they have various wrong BPM readings, for instance one longer fast paced drum loop came out on recycle as 22.3 bpms and when I tried to change the bpm, it only plays a portion of the sample. I was wondering if there is someway to fix this without my bpm readings being so off?

ha nevermind I just had to adjust the bars... I should try to experiment more before I go posting
