Nah, just hard plastic ABS. (or PLA, or others, but I use ABS, same type of plastic as Legos)


But you could print molds for casting rubber pads. I don't know exactly the methods behind it, but I bet you could do it. The rubber would just have to melt at lower than the ABS, which is likely, I think.
