say i wanna take 3 samples from one song to make my own track. all are loops. ie. one for the song body, one for chorus and another for variation. all loops are different sizes so the tempo's are different when looped. do i have to tune them all to maintain the same tempo. did i just answer my own ?. somebody help please

Tune and/or timestretch (if you have the XL). Tuning will change the pitch, while timestretching will keep the original pitch intact. It is likely that you will need to match the pitches of musical loops first, then timestretch to fit the BPMs.

Alternatively, you can chop each loop into little pieces to control the tempo this way as you wolud with a drum loop in the zone function - works better if you want to speed things up

also, chopping these three samples up would offer more "remix" potential, with all philosophies concerning this sampling method aside...
