new mpc 60mkii owner questions

Recently purchased an mpc 60mkii just a couple of quick questions. (I have done searches but this is what I still wasn't sure of

It has the marion scsi card and a cf drive. No idea what size card I can use and what sort of formating if any needs to be done? Any info would be helpful.

There's a few tact switches that have worn out, and plan to replace them, anyone with any tips or advice for the process? I believe these are the correct parts:

The data wheel tends to 'slip' on the actually encoder a bit, haven't looked at the construction, any way to improve that?

Otherwise really liking it so far. Without even reading the manual feels luxurious and intuitive.

They seem to get so much right with the early models.

1GB Flash Cards are optimal as the MPC will only use 780MB of the storage (26 partitions of 30MB each). There have been quite a few threads covering the functionality of different brands.

Those are the correct switches.

If you are going to replace one switch, you may as well replace them all when you have the machine apart. It's a tedious process desoldering and soldering the new switches in, but well worth the time.
