Only thing that worries me is the ventelation on the mac book pros.. They work when the screen is up, but not so well when lid is closed.. by desgin... IF you open and close lid and chck from the rear, you;ll know what i mean.....(the black strip between screen/lid and body of laptop)

1.4 works well, crashes are now far a few between (as long as you dont use the undo button)

i dont use a lot of VSTs (just Waves, Fabfilter, Massive).. the rest of my beats are all sampling or running stuff through bass, microkorg and sp404 then into mpc (as a sample)

soooo, im not stressing the computer too much. i do use some automation, but dont get too crazy with it

you can check my music, lately its all 100% mpc standalone on those specs
