Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.

Yes. The only thing you should 'expect' is continued fixes to any existing bugs. There is no obligation to add new features although you may find a few.

Multicore, audio tracks, and NDC are the most popular feature requests.....

Judging from the amount of times I have seen it requested, or mentioned, in forum threads and other places, not going by any forum polls, global mixer (from hardware MPCs) is much more popular than those requests, it is requested all the time.

They all have different settings to change the mixer operation, depending on the model.

The MPC3000, for example, has options for Program/Sequence/Master as the Mixer Settings Source.

Forum members have loudly spoken. In every single poll created in the forum, the tops requests remain pretty much the same. There are numerous threads on multicore, audio tracks and NDC in this forum as well as the NI forum. If any of these feature requests are ever implemented, I suspect these three will be added before a revamped mixer.

If the mixer is ever improved, MPC mixers are not the ones Akai should model any potential improvements to the MPC Software. The discription of the MPC 3000s mixer was taken from the manual. In no way does it compare to what the MPC Software does today nor what people want in the future.

I own an MPC 3000. And I will give detailed discription of what it can and can't do...but will post it on the Akai website.

God you talk cr ap.

Polls really don't mean sh ite, in terms of gauging overall interest, they only give data from those members who read that thread, to those particular options presented in the poll, and by those who can be bothered to respond to the poll.

A global mixer is by far the most requested/mentioned feature on any forums, it is obvious to anyone with half a brain (and no f-wit trolling agenda like you), it is requested/mentioned way more often than multicore/audio tracks /NDC.

The track mixer just needs a program/master/sequence type setting, like hardware MPCs have, and like how it already operates in Song Mode.

A simple setting/choice is all that is required, not a whole new mixer design, what stupid sh it you come out with.

I own an MPC3000 as well, big fu king deal! No one needs you to describe what is already obvious to everyone.

Everyone wants a global mixer, like hardware MPCs, get over it.

For Akai to ignore such a widely requested feature, that is critical to many users workflows, would be a major mistake, but not surprising with people of your minute levels of intelligence telling Akai what they should and shouldn't do.

Likewise..if polls don't mean anything…Certainly your mixer threads mean equally less. As there are tons of members that don't bother to read or comment in those mixer threads as they have other concerns.

Not my, or any, specific mixer threads.

I am talking about all/any threads, whenever MPC Software feature requests are mentioned, the global mixer is by far the most requested/mentioned feature that users want to see implemented.

It is obvious to anyone without your narcissistic disorder/agenda.

Just because you and a few others create multiple threads on the same topic doesn't mean it is any important than anything else.

Regardless, there are been at least 3 polls. And the mixer has never cracked the top 3. Sorry.....

Nothing to do with my priorities, mine are direct recording/place event and 64 MIDI channels out of plugin.

This is about what is most important to the most users, not what is my priority, or your priority, your narcissism obviously makes you unable to understand what other people want and need.

That is clearly global mixer, judging from it being mentioned more than any other feature request.

Whenever you make definitive statements telling us that forum members have spoken/decided/whatever, it is clear that it is your narcissism speaking, not the other users.
