Mixer and 8-outs

I just started using my 8-outs and was wondering if there was an easier way to assign channels. Having made a beat a few weeks ago, I cant remember which pads had the samples I used, so I have to go find which bank there in, then which pad, then I can assign them.


Is there a shortcut for doing this Any tips would be apreciated.

do a search on the 8 outs in the forums,

a few people laid out how they did it.

Ive already trierd that, but it seems like evertime I try to search these forums, I end up getting a bunch of unrelated crap.
