i just bought the mpc renaissance and i installed the sofware the the virtual instruments after that i updated to 1.5 and now i cant find akai virtual instruments the software aint reading it and i cat find it on my laptop, i tryed reinstalling and it says i already have it ALSO my headphone output from the hardware is not working and i checked my output its coming out the renaissance PLZ HELP

If you did a defailt install look in program files and program files (x86) > akai > steinburg > vstplugins

I chose during install to put mine elsewhere and during install it asks you back to back where to put the 32 bit and 64 bit, IF u chose both during install.

Then from MPC software under preferences and VST, select the folder where those plugins are. If deault install, select the location for program files & program files (x86). Depending on if u launched the 32 or 64 bit, it will only load the vst they version can use

Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong. (At worka nd not sitting in front of the mpc)

naw i figured it out we need to set the direct monitor to COMP and make the Mix knob is set at 12 oclock turn up ur headphone volume and there u have it akh finaly
