How are your samples? Something sounds like it is wrong with your mpc. I've had a few and never experienced what you're dealing with. If you can't get volume to an acceptable level by increasing the device volume and the gain on individual samples something's not right.

I had routed to the audio interface and the level was very low and the same with the headphones...I have tried to reset by pushing the I/O and erase/undo while switching on, but nothing has changed...I have also put the master level to 0 db but nothing...I can listen a very low signal very saturated.

Are you monitoring through headphones only? Or do you have monitors/speakers? Any other outboard gear? A mixer?

I'm using the internal sound for the moment...

So you get the same result with the headphones plugged into the interface and the headphones plugged directly into the MPC? Troubleshoot, although it sounds like you have already. Plug your headphones directly into the MPC, if that fixes the problem then problem may be with the interface. If that doesn't help maybe you could try some other headphones. If you don't have any others, try plugging the ones you do have into some other source.

Yes, something is wrong. If you got it used, then thats the problem because you never know what the last person did with it, whether friend or stranger.

Only once I found my 500 to be low, and that was when I first bought it. Turned out the Program defaults new programs volumes to 70. But its pretty loud in my space.

The fact that you say the headphones react the same way, tells me its an internal problem for the Main Outs and Headphones use
the same wire to deliver signal.

Ever bludgeon somebody with a 500? Now is your chance.

Yes I think the problem is that...because is only for the output...because for example the input works well...I can see the full signal input...so I think could be a problem of oxid or something like that because has not been used for over a year...

try going into trim mode scroll to edit and scroll to normalize, hit do it and do that to all your samples, see if that helps..
