Jay Dee was Dilla's original name until it became Jay Dilla to just Dilla.

Those sound like tribal percussions. Got a few Roland CDs might have it, I'll have a look for they got tons of shit on those CDs.

It's Dutch and he says:

It's a christmas bell, pitched down turning it into an ambient kind of sound.

That's a classic from back in the day.
